英美文學準備要領 老師的話   大致上，英研所的考試是以問答題為主要決勝關鍵，故同學的分析及英文作文能力是十分重要的。但近年來，各大學（尤其是北部的大學），皆有將問答題「打散」的趨勢；也就是說，原本一題20∼30分的題目已經很少見了，取而代之的是一題10∼15分的問答題以及愈來愈多的ID題。在文學史的背景知識日趨重要之下，在學校中表現好的同學並不一定在此類考試中佔優勢（因為學校裡所上的作品有限），同學仍須在課外自我加強文學常識才足以應考。 英 美 文 學 考 題 類 型 分 析 一、 文學名詞解釋 (Literary Terms) (4-5)   1. 作者及作品︰Harold Pinter - The Dumb Waiter (台大85), Samuel Butler - Hudibras (政大89), Aphra Behn (輔大89) - Oroonoko (台大89) 2. 文學時期及流派︰Postmodernism (台大86), Theatre of Absurd（中正85） 3. 文類︰novel - gothic novel (政大85), poetry - the English sonnet (中興86) 4. 文學風格與技巧︰the Pre-Raphealites (台大87), the Imagists (台大89) 二、 指認題 (ID) (4-5)   1. 文學作品節錄︰"A little learning is a dangerous thing" (清華89), "How can we know the dancer from the dance."
